Feel welcome to join this Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process group session in De Meditatietuin in the midst of the greenery in the Amstelpark, easy to reach with public transport and by car. Parking is free from 19:00 o’clock and before that it’s €2,50/hour.

We will be holding a safe space together in a wave of deep trust and surrender, to your own process of growth and healing. Surrendering, trusting and deeply connecting within the infinite possibilities of your life force energy.

Experiencing these sessions in a group setting is a wonderful way to connect not only with your own source, but also with our collective experience. Reinforcing each other, creating deep connection and recognition of universal themes that can come up during the process.

Everyone is welcome. You don’t need to have any previous experience with energy work. Come as you are ♥

Bring with you:

Bring a bottle of water and wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are yoga mats in the studio, but feel free to bring your own and maybe a small blanket if you like.

Ideally arrive with an empty stomach.
